Dandelion Charity Corp

Our History

Dandelion Charity Corp was established in 2024 by Brittany Krenski, a cancer survivor who was deeply moved by the overwhelming support she received during her battle with stage 4 Lymphoma in 2022. Inspired by the compassion shown to her during that difficult time, she created the organization to give back, helping friends, families, and neighbors in her community by providing support and assistance during times of hardship.

Our Mission

At Dandelion Charity Corp, we support community members bravely facing cancer by easing the financial burdens that often accompany a diagnosis. By assisting with essential expenses, we aim to reduce stress so individuals and families can focus on healing, finding strength, and spending meaningful time together.

Our Impact

Since 2024, Dandelion has provided direct financial assistance to dozens of families across Orange County, including communities such as Goshen, Middletown, Pine Bush, Washingtonville, Newburgh, Walden, Chester, Florida, and Warwick. Our work has helped families keep the lights on, avoid eviction, and cover essential needs such as medical bills and groceries, providing meaningful support during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Are Funded

Dandelion Charity Corp is funded through charitable events, contributions from local vendors, and individual donations from generous members of the community. Through these collective efforts, our organization is able to provide direct financial assistance to individuals and families in need.
